Finance Manager – FMCG/Distribution | Klang Valley | RM 9,000 – RM 15,000

We're hiring on behalf of an established FMCG distributor based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya — an exclusive distributor of supplements, healthcare, and skincare products supplying chain pharmacies and retail partners across Malaysia. With a lean team of around 40, this Finance Manager role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers real visibility and ownership over the finance function.

What You'll Do

• Manage full set accounts and financial reporting
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and working capital
• Ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions

What You'll Need

• 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience
• ACCA, CPA, or a degree in Accounting
• Experience in FMCG, trading, or distribution preferred
• Strong cash flow and financial management skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership

Nice to Have

• Experience handling multiple bank reconciliations
• Channel / SKU-level financial analysis and reporting
• Marketplace reconciliation experience (e.g. Shopee, Lazada)
• Exposure to P&L and accounts receivable (AR) functions
