Responsibility

• Contacting customers to promote product and services
• Dealing with customer concerns, spoken and unspoken
• Recording customer feedback and information from conversations in our database
• Working with team manager and team members to identify errors in the companys processes which affect customers purchasing decisions
• Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu is required. Other dialects are a bonus.
